Strawberry Banana “Nice” Cream


Cook and Prep Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 2 minutes


You Need


• 2 ½ cups Frozen Banana (about 2 bananas)
• 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
• 1-2 tbsp. Oat Milk
• 1-2 tsp. Maple Syrup [optional to adjust sweetness]

DIRECTIONS

  1. Freeze the bananas. Peel and slice into ½ inch thick pieces. Line 1 baking tray with parchment paper, and place your bananas on top of the parchment paper. (This is done so the bananas do not stick to the baking tray.) Place in the freezer for 3-4 hours, or overnight, until frozen.
  2. Add the frozen bananas, strawberries, and oat milk into a food processor, and pulse until smooth. Sweeten if needed. Enjoy!
