Tofu Ground Beef

You Need
- 1 Block Extra Firm Tofu
- 3 T Tamari
- 1 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 t Garlic Powder
- 1 t Onion Powder
- 1 t Smoked Paprika
- 1 t Chili Powder
- 2 T Nutritional Yeast
- 1 T Arrowroot Powder
- Salt & Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Make sure to press your tofu for at least 30 minutes prior to starting.
- Preheat your oven to 425˚F. Line 1 baking tray.
- Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Then crumble the tofu into the sauce, and toss to coat evenly.
- Add your tofu to the baking tray. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve with tacos, nachos or sandwiches. Enjoy!
