Nacho “Cheese”

Serves: 3-4
You Need
- 1 cup Carrot
- 1 cup Potatoes
- 2 cloves Garlic
- ½ cup Onion
- ½ cup Nutritional Yeast
- 1 t Turmeric
- ½ t Chili Powder
- 1 t Garlic Powder
- 1 t Onion Powder
- ¾ cup Oat Milk
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Rinse and chop the produce accordingly.
- Boil the potatoes, garlic, carrots, and onion for 10-15 minutes.
- Place all of the ingredients in a food processor, and pulse until smooth.
