I have been inspired by the plant-based cooking lessons by Vinny. I learned a lot in the month of classes that I followed. Vinny makes it so easy to follow his recipes. My favorite recipes have been the roasted tofu-veggie stir fry over brown rice as well as the black bean meatballs and spaghetti squash. I have learned to use more spices and to make delicious sauces to accompany my dishes. I'm looking forward to signing up for Vinny's classes so I can continue this great cooking experience. Plant based cooking- I love it! Thanks Vinny!
Vincent combines his knowledge and expertise from different disciplines in Chiropractic and nutrition to form a holistic approach to health and wellness based on well founded science, delivered through a warm, interactive and delightful experience. He is a pleasure to work with as we collaborated on the right forum and program for our team and he came up with an experience that was welcomed and thoroughly enjoyed. Through a real time cooking experience, we learned, laughed, cooked and enjoyed and generally felt a lot better. I encourage anyone who is concerned about health and wellness for themselves, their family or their team to work with Vincent, you will not regret it.
I have been watching Dr. Vincent Esposito’s cooking shows on Facebook and Instagram for quite some time. Not only is he smart, talented and masterful in the kitchen…the guy really knows his stuff!!
His recipes are easy to follow and his knowledge of all the health-related benefits to his cooking methods are very informational. His technique focuses more on creating long-term, sustainable healthy eating practices than just relying on “the next big thing” in cooking and dieting. He knows his ingredients, explains what they are and what their advantages are to using them in great detail. After viewing many episodes, it’s easy to see how devoted he is to making nutritional life changes that will improve your health.
And, being a non-vegan he has made dishes that I tried and are truly delicious so my motto is you don’t have to be a vegan to watch and learn from Dr. Vincent!
Dr. Vincent Esposito brings cooking to a level that makes sense for me, a new cook! I always avoided it because it looked difficult and so unhealthy, but he shows truly how easy it is for me to make things that nourish my body and give me energy. I actually enjoy cooking now and get excited to try his new recipes!

If you cancel or change your membership, the change will be effective only on the 1st of the following month. Patreon does not allow reimbursements.
Luckily, plant-based foods are cheaper than animal products! On average (not counting kitchen essentials), meals cost between $6-10/person. The more people you cook for, the cheaper it tends to be per person too. Alternatively, many of these meals make great lunches the next day! So it can’t hurt to make extra!
Lessons are done twice a week, and generally last between 45 minutes to 1 hour. One lesson will be a full meal, and the other will be a more complex side dish or a “how-to” style video.
Nope! If you are a subscriber, you have access to all previous live recordings, polls, messages, and recipes, so if you miss out or can’t make a live show, you can watch it and follow along whenever you have time!
If you tune in live, you will be able to have some questions answered in real-time. My goal is to make this experience as interactive as possible.
Yes! Once you subscribe, you will have access to a forum, where all members will be able to voice their requests for future episodes. Topics can include, but are not limited to, future dishes, how to make classics plant-based, or chatting about a specific health topic that piques your interest.
