I have been watching Dr. Vincent Esposito’s cooking shows on Facebook and Instagram for quite some time. Not only is he smart, talented and masterful in the kitchen…the guy really knows his stuff!!

When will I be charged?

Your membership will be charged the day you sign up. You'll be charged every first of the month after that.

For example, if you join the 23rd of March, you'll be charged that day and then 8 days later, the 1st of March. In that case, you might want to wait until the beginning of the month.

Do you offer refunds?

If you cancel or change your membership, the change will be effective only on the 1st of the following month. Patreon does not allow reimbursements.

What is the average cost of the food I need to buy?

Luckily, plant-based foods are cheaper than animal products! On average (not counting kitchen essentials), meals cost between $6-10/person. The more people you cook for, the cheaper it tends to be per person too. Alternatively, many of these meals make great lunches the next day! So it can’t hurt to make extra!

How often are the lessons and how long are they?

Lessons are done twice a week, and generally last between 45 minutes to 1 hour. One lesson will be a full meal, and the other will be a more complex side dish or a “how-to” style video.

Do I need to tune in live?

Nope! If you are a subscriber, you have access to all previous live recordings, polls, messages, and recipes, so if you miss out or can’t make a live show, you can watch it and follow along whenever you have time!

Why should I tune in live?

If you tune in live, you will be able to have some questions answered in real-time. My goal is to make this experience as interactive as possible.

Can I have input over what can be made next?

Yes! Once you subscribe, you will have access to a forum, where all members will be able to voice their requests for future episodes. Topics can include, but are not limited to, future dishes, how to make classics plant-based, or chatting about a specific health topic that piques your interest.

What if I can’t find a specific ingredient?

No problem! Feel free to ask for substitutions in the forum prior to class.
